The author grants you the non-exclusive non-transferable license to use this software. The regular version of finefiles (not: finefiles Pro) is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as long as NO ALTERATIONS are made to the file and its contents and no charge is raised except a reasonable fee for distributing costs. Any other way of distributing this software is prohibited. This is not public domain software. The software is owned by the author and protected by copyright law. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the files of this software.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty
